PROCESS:
Complete the Overweight Permit Application form below and send it by email to rm189@sasktel.net or d.neufeld@lumsden.ca
Applicants must submit applications at least 2 business days prior to their preferred date of transportation. Last minute applications may not receive approval on time.
The Permit will be reviewed and a response will be provided within 2 business days.
If a permit is approved, the permit and an invoice for the cost of the permit will be sent by email to the applicant. It is expected that payment for the permit is received within 30 days.
