SUBDIVISION INFORMATION
Subdividing land is often a part of retirement, estate planning, farm succession or an opportunity for new development. Subdivision requires provincial and municipal approval and may be subject to rezoning, servicing agreement and municipal reserve requirements. The Ministry of Government Relations - Community Planning Branch is the subdivision approving authority for the RM of Lumsden No. 189.
